氟化石墨合成研究新进展

摘 要: 氟化石墨是一种特殊的石墨层间化合物,由石墨与氟元素反应得到,随着技术的发展,其优异的物理化学特性被不断发掘出来,广泛应用于化工、电子等众多领域。关于氟化石墨合成方面的研究备受关注。研究以氟化剂在室温下的相态为标准,将氟化石墨的合成方法分为气相合成法、固相合成法及液相合成法,并对其优缺点进行了回顾总结。气相合成法是传统有效的方法,采用氟气作为氟化剂,但由于氟气的高危险性,学者们致力于寻求更加高效、环保、安全的合成方法。

Abstract: Fluorinated graphite is a special kind of graphite intercalation compounds, which is prepared by the reaction of graphite and fluorine. With the development of technology, its excellent phsicochemical characteristics were excavated. And it is widely used in chemical engineering, electronic and other fields. Research on the synthesis of fluorinated graphite has attracted much attention. Here, the fluorinated graphite synthesis methods are divided into synthesis with gase phase, synthesis with solid phase and synthesis with liquid phase, according to the phase of fluorination agent at room temperature. And their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed. Synthesis with gase phase is a traditional and effective method with fluorine gas as the fluorination agent. Scholars are committed to seeking more efficient, environmentally friendly and safe synthetic methods, due to the high risk of fluorine gas.
