负载Fe-TiO2的非均相Fenton反应光催化剂对甲基橙的降解

摘 要: 采用浸渍法和悬浮浆料法分别将Fe3+和TiO2负载于分子筛载体上,合成Fe-TiO2分子筛催化剂,在H2O2溶液中形成非均相Fenton反应体系,并联合紫外光催化纳米TiO2产生的•OH共同发生高级氧化反应,可用于难降解有机物的处理。根据甲基橙染料的降解率,研究酸种类、浓度和处理时间三因素对分子筛预处理效果的影响,以及Fe3+负载浓度、TiO2浓度、分散剂添加量、黏结剂含量和焙烧温度对分子筛催化高级氧化降解甲基橙性能的影响。结果表明,在使用1 mol/L HNO3处理2 h、Fe3+负载浓度0.4 mol/L、TiO2的固液比1:10、分散剂添加量0.05 mol/L、黏结剂含量0.20 g、焙烧温度400℃时,30 mg/L甲基橙1 h降解率能够达到65%,具有最优的催化效果。

Title: Degradation of methyl orange by heterogeneous Fenton photocatalyst loaded with Fe-TiO2

Abstract: Using dipping method and suspension slurry method, Fe3+ and TiO2 were loaded on the molecular sieves to composite the Fe-TiO2 molecular sieve catalyst. The heterogeneous Fenton reaction system was formed in H2O2 solution, then combined with •OH produced by ultraviolet photocatalyst nano TiO2 to make the advanced oxidation reaction occur. It can be used to treat refractory organic matter. According to the degradation rate of methyl orange dye, the effects of three factors in types of acids, concentration and processing time on the pretreatment of molecular sieve were studied. The effects of Fe3+ loaded concentration, TiO2 concentration, dispersant addition amount, binder content and calcination temperature on the performance of molecular sieve catalyzing advanced oxidative degradation of methyl orange were also studied. Results show that when the treatment time of 1 mol/L HNO3 is 2 h, Fe3+ loaded concentration is 0.4 mol/L, the solid-to-liquid ratio of TiO2 is 1:10, dispersant addition amount is 0.05 mol/L, the binder content is 0.20 g, and calcination temperature is 400℃, the degradation rate of 30 mg/L methyl orange can reach 65% in 1 h, indicates the best catalytic effect.
