两种等离子体活化水对红茶溶液色素降解作用的比较

摘 要: 目的:比较直流装置激发空气及Ar+O2 (体积分数为2%)两种气源制备的等离子体活化水(plasma activated water,PAW)对红茶溶液色素的降解作用。方法:将两种PAW辅助的不同浓度H2O2与红茶溶液混合,拍照记录其随反应时间增加的颜色变化。采用Adobe Photoshop CS2软件中的Lab比色模型量化红茶溶液在不同处理组中随时间增加的颜色变化,使用氧化还原电位(oxidation reduction potential,ORP)复合电极检测比较PAW及PAW+3%H2O2的ORP值。结果:直流空气等离子体活化水(PAWair)单独作用使红茶溶液颜色加深,辅助不同浓度H2O2使红茶溶液色素分解,且3%H2O2的作用显著优于30%H2O2溶液。而直流Ar+O2等离子体活化水(PAWAr+O2)对红茶溶液颜色无明显改变。PAWair的ORP值高于PAWAr+O2. 结论:PAWair有较强的氧化还原能力,联合低浓度H2O2可以有效降解红茶溶液色素。

Title: Comparison of the pigment degradation effects of two plasma activated water on black tea solution

Abstract: Objective: To observe the pigment degradation effects of two different plasma activated water (PAW) activated by compressed air (PAWair) and Ar+O2 (2%) (PAWAr+O2) respectively on black tea solution. Methods: Different PAW or PAW assisted by variety concentrations of H2O2 were mixed with black tea solution, and the photos took at designate time were recorded to observe the color change of black tea solution. The quantitative color changes of different black tea groups were assessed by Adobe Photoshop CS2 in the model of Lab. The oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of the PAW or PAW+3%H2O2 was evaluated by ORP compound electrode. Results: PAWair can deepen the color of black tea solution, PAWair assisted by variery concentrations H2O2 can fade the color of black tea solution, and the pigment degradation effect of PAWair assisted by 3%H2O2 is significantly better than that of 30%H2O2. While PAWAr+O2 has no obvious effect on the color change of black tea solution. The ORP of PAWair is higher than that of PAWAr+O2. Conclusion: PAWair has relatively high ability of oxidation reduction. PAWair assisted by low concentration H2O2 could disintegrate the pigment of black tea effectively.
