1 064 nm激光增透、半透半反和全反膜的设计与 制备方法研究

摘 要: 对1 064 nm波段激光增透、半透半反及全反膜的抗激光损伤阈值和稳定性进行工艺研究,从膜料选择、薄膜设计、薄膜镀制、性能参数测试与试验考核4个方面重点讨论提高激光膜综合使用性能的方法和途径,并完成激光镜片膜层的制备。性能参数测试与试验考核结果表明,实测曲线与模拟光谱曲线在1 064 nm波长处数值吻合;膜层参数达到军标GJB 2485—95常用环境试验测试要求,经试验测试证实膜层的抗激光损伤阈值达到100 MW/cm2的水平。

Title: Study on the design and preparation of 1 064 nm laser antireflective, transflective and total reflection films

Abstract: In this paper, the process of anti laser damage threshold and the stability of the 1 064 nm band laser antireflective, transflective and total reflection films were studied. The method and the way of improving the comprehensive use of laser film performance were emphatically discussed through four aspects of the film material selection, film design, film preparation, and performance parameters tests and experiments. Then, the preparation of coatings of laser lens was completed. The results of performance parameters tests and experiments showed that the measured curves and simulated spectra curves were numerically identical at the wavelength of 1 064 nm. The parameters of coatings reached military standard GJB 2485—95 common environmental testing requirements. The anti laser damage threshold of the coating reached to 100 MW/cm2 was confirmed by the experiments.
