银与双膦配体共催化α-重氮羰基化合物与苯并环磺酰亚胺的Mannich反应

摘 要: | 银催化剂是研究最早的过渡金属催化剂之一。本文研究银-双膦配体复合物催化剂对α-重氮羰基化合物与苯并环磺酰亚胺的Mannich反应的催化活性,高效地得到了一系列带有季碳中心的苯并环磺酰胺衍生物。探讨不同银催化剂对反应转化率的影响,发现三氟甲磺酸银(AgOTf)的催化活性最高。同时还考察了不同反应溶剂、反应温度对反应活性的影响。此外,该反应目标产物还可以转化成具有spirosuccinimides化合物母核的活性分子,扩展了该产物在有机合成中的应用。 |

Abstract: | Ag catalyst is one of the earliest transition metal catalysts. In this paper, the activity of Ag-diphosphine ligand complex catalyst has been developed for Mannich reaction of α-diazocarbonyl compounds and N-sulfonyl cyclic ketimines. A series of N-sulfonyl cyclic ketimines derivates bearing a quaternary stereocenter were obtained in high yields. The effect of different Ag catalysts on the reaction conversion rate was investigated, and AgOTf was the best catalyst with highest catalytic activity. The effect of different reaction solvents and reaction temperatures on the reaction activity was also explored in this paper. In addition, the target products could be converted to a bioactive molecule with spirosuccinimides parent nucleus, which further demonstrated the organic synthetic utility of the products. |
