结构参数对润滑滚子轴承接触性能的影响

摘 要: 基于圆柱滚子轴承拟静力学和运动学分析,获取弹流润滑分析所必需的接触载荷、卷吸速度和滑滚比,进而建立圆柱滚子轴承有限长线接触弹流润滑分析模型,以研究轴承结构参数对圆柱滚子轴承表面最大接触压力、最大von Mises应力和最大von Mises应力所在深度等接触性能的影响。结果表明,随着滚子数和滚子直径的增加,最大接触压力和最大von Mises应力均减小;随着径向游隙的增加,最大接触压力和最大von Mises应力也随之增大,最大von Mises应力深度位置加深。在轴承设计过程中需综合考虑滚子数、滚子直径和径向游隙对轴承弹流润滑及接触性能的影响。

Title: Influence of structural parameters on contact performance of roller bearing under lubrication condition

Abstract: Based on the quasi statics and kinematics analysis of cylindrical roller bearings, the contact load, velocities and slip ratio for elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis were obtained, and then the finite line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis model for cylindrical roller bearings was established. The influences of structure parameters on the maximum contact pressure, maximum von Mises stress and depth of maximum von Mises stress for the cylindrical roller bearing were investigated. The results show that the maximum contact pressure and maximum von Mises stress decrease with the increasing of roller number and the diameter of the roller. Furthermore, the maximum contact pressure and maximum von Mises stress increase with the increases of radial clearance, and the depth of maximum von Mises stress increases. Therefore, the effects of the roller number, diameter of roller and radial clearance on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication and contact performance of bearing are necessary to be comprehensively considered in the bearing design process.
