民航飞机座椅静态测试实验台控制系统研究

摘 要: 为开发民航飞机座椅静态测试实验台控制系统,针对飞机座椅适航取证标准要求,结合产品研发与测试需要,对实验台控制系统进行研究。在分析控制系统使用要求与功能的基础上,构建了实验台控制系统结构模型,对控制系统进行硬件选型,开发了研华PCI运动控制卡与安川伺服驱动器通讯接口,完成了系统各功能模块的开发。采用工控机作为上位机,利用运动控制和数据采集卡实现系统功能,并进行控制系统集成开发与测试。

Title: Research on control system of static test equipment for civil aircraft seat

Abstract: In order to develop the control system of static test equipment for civil aircraft seat, the control system of test equipment was studied according to the requirement of the civil aircraft seats for airworthiness certification standards, combined with product development and test requirement. Based on the analysis of the requirements and functions of control system, the structure model of control system was established, the hardware of control system was selected, the Advantech PCI motion control card and Yaskawa servo driver communication interface were developed, and the development of each function module was completed. Using industrial personal compurter (IPC) as a host computer, the system functions were achieved by motion control and data acquisition card, and control system integration development and testing were carried out.
