一种减小永磁同步电机转矩波动的改进转矩预测控制方法

摘 要: 基于转矩预测控制(torque predictive control,TPC),提出了一种减少永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)转矩波动的简单有效的方法。该方法将TPC与空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)技术相结合,以减少转矩波动为目的,首先通过最大转矩电流比(maximum torque per ampere,MTPA)技术得到理想的定子磁链大小,从而得出相应的磁链误差作为TPC的控制输入;其次采用改进的TPC方法得出所需的矢量电压,作为PMSM的控制电压。提出的控制方法与传统控制方法不同的是,其矢量电压的大小和方向随转矩误差和定子磁链误差的变化而变化,因此能够快速响应转矩波动的变化,达到实时抑制PMSM转矩波动的目的。

Title: An improved torque predictive control method to reduce torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor

Abstract: Based on the torque predictive control (TPC), a simple and effective method to reduce the torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is proposed. The method combines TPC with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology to reduce the torque ripple. The TPC firstly obtains the ideal stator flux size by the maximum torque per ampere (MTPA), and the corresponding flux error is obtained as the control input of TPC. Secondly, the improved TPC method is used to obtain the required vector voltage as the control voltage of PMSM. The difference between the proposed control method and traditional control method is that the size and direction of the control vector voltage can be changed according to the changes of the torque error and the stator flux error. Therefore, the variation of the torque ripple can be quickly responded and the purpose of real-time suppression of PMSM torque ripple can be achieved.
