线控转向系统变角传动比特性仿真分析

摘 要: 为得到有利于驾驶员控制车辆转向的变角传动比,改善线控转向(steering-by-wire,SBW)车辆的转向性能,进行SBW系统的变角传动比特性研究。通过分析变角传动比对汽车转向性能的影响,在横摆角速度增益不变和侧向加速度增益不变的理想变角传动比的基础上,提出一种基于模糊控制的变角传动比设计方案:利用模糊控制器,根据车辆横摆角速度和车速,动态调整权重系数,将横摆加速度增益不变和侧向加速度增益不变下的理想传动比进行合理融合,最后得到一条接近S型的理想变角传动比曲线。基于CarSim建立SBW系统车辆模型并联合Simulink进行仿真实验。结果表明,模糊控制变角传动比改善了车辆的操纵性能,提高了车辆的稳定性和防侧翻能力。

Abstract: In order to get the variable angle transmission ratio which is beneficial to steer vehicle of the driver, and to improve the steering performance of the steering-by-wire (SBW) vehicle the variable angle transmission ratio characteristics of SBW system are studied. Through the analysis of the effect of variable angle transmission ratio on vehicle steering performance, based on the constant yaw rate gain, constant lateral acceleration gain and ideal variable angle transmission ratio, this paper proposes a variable angle transmission ratio design scheme based on fuzzy control: using the fuzzy controller, according to the yaw rate and speed of vehicle, the weight coefficient is adjusted dynamically, then the constant horizontal pendulum acceleration gain and constant lateral acceleration gain are combined reasonably under ideal ratio of invariant, finally an ideal variable angle transmission ratio curve closed to S-type is got. Based on CarSim, the vehicle model of SBW system was established and the model combined with Simulink was simulated. The results show that the fuzzy control variable angle transmission ratio improves the control performance of the vehicle and enhances the vehicle stability and anti-roll ability.
