基于在校学生基层就业意向调查的高校基层就业引导研究

| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南某高校12 720名在校学生的基层就业意愿、原因及增强其基层就业意愿的途径展开调查，以SPSS为主要分析工具，探究影响学生基层就业意愿的主要因素及原因，分析针对不同类型学生的分类指导方法，并根据调查分析结果，提出了引导学生树立正确的职业价值观、提高基层就业引导的针对性与实效性、润物细无声地开展基层就业引导、提高基层就业意愿到就业行为的转化率等四项建议。 |

| Abstract： | Based on 12 720 students from a university in Hunan province, a survey was conducted in terms of willingness, causes and ways of enhancing their aspiration for grassroots employment. With the assistance of SPSS, the main factors and reasons of grassroots employment willingness were analyzed, as well as the guidance for different types of students. According to the results of the survey, four suggestions were put forward, namely, assisting in establishing students’ correct professional values, enhancing focalization and effectiveness of grassroots employment guidance, implementing grassroots employment guidance smoothly and increasing transformation rate of taking willingness to grassroots employment into practical action. |
