企业一线员工工作压力源结构分析

摘 要: 为了解企业一线员工群工作压力状况和表现,探索具有企业一线员工特色的工作压力源结构,在文献翻阅的基础上,结合压力源访谈和开放式问卷调查,初步确立了企业一线员工工作压力源维度,编制了企业一线员工工作压力源问卷,并对调查数据进行探索性和验证性因素分析。结果表明,企业一线员工工作压力源是一个多维度系统,5 个因素包括工作环境、企业管理、工作负荷、组织支持和人际关系。以上结果为企业进行一线员工压力控制及管理提供了有针对性的指导建议。

Title: Analysis of the work stressor structure of the front-line employees in enterprise

Abstract: In order to understand the working stress status and performance of the front-line employees in enterprises, and explore the structure of the stressors with the characteristics of the front-line employees, based on the literature review, combined with the stressor interviews and the open-ended questionnaire survey, the dimension of work stressor of front-line employees in enterprises is preliminarily established, and the questionnaire of work stressor of front-line employees is compiled, and the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of the survey data is carried out. The results show that the work stressor is a multi-dimensional system. The 5 factors include work environment, enterprise management, work load, organizational support and interpersonal relationship. The results provide guidance for the enterprise to carry out pressure control and management of the employees in the front-line.
