离心纺聚乳酸超细多孔纤维可纺性及纺丝参数研究

摘 要: 超细多孔纤维具备高比表面积、高表面粗糙度、高吸附性等特点,在生物医药、环境、能源和化工等领域拥有巨大的应用潜力。本文利用离心纺丝法,以聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)为原料、二氯甲烷(dichloromethane,DCM)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(N,N-dimethylformamide,DMF)为溶剂制备PLA超细多孔纤维,研究纺丝液的溶剂配比(DCM/DMF比例)和工艺参数(针头规格、喷丝器转速、收集距离)对PLA超细多孔纤维表面形貌和直径的影响。结果表明,溶剂配比和工艺参数对纤维形貌和直径存在不同程度的影响。固定纺丝液浓度为18%(质量/体积)时,DCM/DMF最佳溶剂配比为2.5/1. 在同样的浓度条件下,仅以DCM为溶剂时,针头规格为27G、喷丝器转速为2 000 r/min、收集距离为12 cm时的纺丝效果较好。

Title: Study on spinnability and spinning parameters of centrifugal spinning polylactic acid ultrafine porous fiber

Abstract: The ultrafine porous fibers have great potential for applications in the fields of biomedical, environment, energy and chemical industries, which due to their advantages of peculiar properties of giant specific surface area, high surface roughness and strong absorptivity. In this paper, centrifugal spinning is used to prepare polylactic acid (PLA) ultrafine porous fibers with solvents of dichloromethane (DCM) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). We also study the effect of solvent ratio (DCM/DMF ratio) and spinning parameters (needle size, spinner speed and collection distance) on the surface morphology and diameter of PLA ultrafine porous fibers. The results show that there are certain rules for the effect of the solvent ratio and the spinning parameters exert on the surface morphology and diameter of the fibers. When the fixed spinning concentration is 18% (weight/volume), the best solvent ratio of DCM/DMF is 2.5/1. Under the same concentration condition, when only DCM is used as the solvent, the relatively optimum spinning parameter of needle size, spinner speed and collection distance is 27G, 2 000 r/min and 12 cm, respectively.
