1-甲基-3-(2-甲基环丙基)-1-环丙烯包合物的绿色合成

摘 要: | 围绕新型保鲜剂——1-甲基-3-(2-甲基环丙基)-1-环丙烯包合物(1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD,M-β-CD中的M代表Cu2+、Ni2+、Fe3+、Fe2+、Ag+和Mn2+六种金属离子)的绿色合成、包合机理、合成条件的优化及其应用效果进行实验研究与分析。分别以六种金属离子(Cu2+、Ni2+、Fe3+、Fe2+、Ag+和Mn2+)作为催化剂,催化1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)合成1-甲基-3-(2-甲基环丙基)-1-环丙烯(1-MMCPCP),并以β-环糊精(β-CD)为载体,将1-MMCPCP固定于其空腔中,成功合成了1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD固体粉末。通过气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)分析技术和释放曲线的测试发现,六种金属离子均可催化1-MCP形成1-MMCPCP固体粉末,并固定在M-β-CD中形成1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD包合物粉末。通过傅里叶转换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、粉末X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)及13C交叉极化/魔角旋转核磁共振(13C cross polarization/magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance,13C CP/MAS NMR)等表征产物的结构和组成,结果表明,所合成的1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD包合物中的1-MMCPCP、M-β-CD两类物质形成了新的物象,并非是简单的物理混合,并且1-MMCPCP/Cu-β-CD中所包合有效气体量最高,可达4.31%(质量分数). |

Abstract: | Focused on the green synthesis method, inclusion mechanism, the optimization of synthesis condition and the application effects for the inclusion compound of 1-methyl-3-(2-methylcyclopropyl)-1- cyclopropene/M-β-cyclodextrin (1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD, the M in M-β-CD represented Cu2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, Fe2+, Ag+ or Mn2+) were studied and analyzed. Using six metal ions (Cu2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, Fe2+, Ag+ and Mn2+) as catalysts separately, the catalytic synthesis of 1-methyl-3-(2-methylcyclopropyl)-1-cyclopropene (1-MMCPCP) solid powder with 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) was successfully accomplished. During this synthesis process, β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was applied as the carrier, for the fixation in the cavity of 1-MMCPCP. With gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) analysis technique, the test results of the release curve showed that the six metal ions had effects on the catalytic synthesis of 1-MMCPCP solid powder with 1-MCP, and indicated that 1-MMCPCP was fixed in the cavity of M-β-CD by forming the 1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD inclusion compound powder. The structure and component of this inclusion compound was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), and 13C cross polarization/magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (13C CP/MAS NMR). The results indicated that the inclusion compound of 1-MMCPCP/M-β-CD was a brand new compound rather than the simple physical mixture of 1-MMCPCP and the inclusion complex of M-β-CD. The effective gas content of 1-MMCPCP/Cu-β-CD was the highest, which could reach 4.31% (mass fraction). |
