土壤增温和氮沉降对杉木幼苗细根呼吸的影响

摘 要: 为揭示杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)人工林对全球变暖和氮沉降的地下响应及其适应性,在福建省三明市陈大国有林场开展了杉木幼苗土壤增温和氮添加双因子试验。采用破坏性取样法探讨土壤增温、氮添加及其交互作用对杉木幼苗细根呼吸的影响。结果表明:1)土壤增温在春秋季显著促进了细根呼吸,在夏季降低了细根呼吸,氮添加、土壤增温氮添加交互作用在夏季对细根呼吸有限制作用,在秋季增加了细根呼吸。2)土壤增温在春季降低了细根淀粉与非结构性碳水化合物(non-structural carbohydrate,NSC)浓度,氮添加在春季增加了淀粉与NSC浓度,在夏季增加了细根可溶性糖与NSC浓度,土壤增温氮添加交互作用仅在春季增加了细根NSC浓度。研究结果表明,土壤增温与氮沉降对细根呼吸和NSC的影响因季节而有较大差异。

Title: Effects of soil warming and nitrogen deposition on fine root respiration of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) seedlings

Abstract: In order to reveal the underground response and adaptability of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) plantation to global warming and nitrogen deposition, a double factor experiment of soil warming and nitrogen addition on Chinese fir seedlings was conducted in Chenda State-owned Forestry Farm, Sanming, Fujian province. The effects of soil warming, nitrogen addition and their interaction on fine root respiration of Chinese fir seedlings were studied by destructive sampling method. The results showed that: 1) Soil warming significantly promoted fine root respiration in spring and autumn, but decreased in summer. Nitrogen addition, the interaction of soil warming and nitrogen addition limited the fine root respiration in summer and increased in autumn. 2) Soil warming decreased the concentration of starch and non-structural carbohydrate (NSC) in fine root in spring, but nitrogen addition increased the concentration of starch and NSC in spring, and increased the concentration of soluble sugar and NSC in fine root in summer. The interaction of soil warming and nitrogen addition increased the concentration of NSC in fine roots only in spring. It can be seen that the effects of soil warming and nitrogen deposition on fine root respiration and NSC are different in different seasons.
