浮动电极单向换能器研究

摘 要: 运用有限元方法对浮动电极单向换能器(floating electrode unidirectional transducer,FEUDT)结构进行建模。通过模态分析证明了FEUDT结构激励的声表面波(surface acoustic wave,SAW)是瑞利(Rayleigh)波;通过计算FEUDT结构的位移及能量密度,证明了FEUDT结构具有单向性。并创新性地将FEUDT应用到具有两个输出端的延迟线模型中进行仿真,通过比较左右两个输出端插损的大小,证明了采用FEUDT结构的SAW器件可以有效地减小插损,为制造出插损更小的SAW器件提供理论指导。

Abstract: Floating electrode unidirectional transducer (FEUDT) structures are modeled by the finite element method in this paper. The modal analysis proves that the surface acoustic wave (SAW) motivated by the FEUDT structure is a Rayleigh wave. By calculating the displacement and energy density, it is proved that the FEUDT structure has unidirectionality. Then FEUDT is innovatively applied to a delay line model which has two outputs to simulate. By comparing the insertion loss of the left and right outputs, it shows that the SAW device with FEUDT structure can effectively reduce the insertion loss which provides theoretical guidance for making SAW devices with less insertion loss.
