电磁轨道炮的机电耦合强迫响应

摘 要: 电磁轨道炮是一个机电集成系统,其中机电耦合效应对于导轨炮的动力学特性具有重要影响。本文基于电磁理论给出了电磁轨道炮的机电耦合强迫响应方程。利用该方程,研究电磁导轨在移动电磁荷作用下的强迫响应。在此基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对导轨在移动电磁载荷作用下的强迫响应进行数值模拟,计算值与模拟值的最大振幅误差小于8.5%,证明了计算结果的正确性。所得结果可用于电磁轨道发射系统动力学性能的分析与设计。

Abstract: Electromagnetic railguns are electromechanical integrated system in which the electromechanical coupled effects have the important influences on its dynamics performance. Based on the electromagnetic theory, the electromechanical coupled forced response equation for the electromagnetic railgun is given. Using the equation, the forced responses of the electromagnetic rail to the running electromagnetic load are investigated. Besides, finite element analysis package, ANSYS, is used to numerically simulate the forced responses of the rail to the running electromagnetic load. The maximum vibration magnitude error between the calculative values and the simulated ones is smaller than 8.5%. It illustrates the calculative results. The results can be used in the analysis and design of the dynamics performance for the drive system in electromagnetic rail.
