基于可靠性的多阶段预防维护模型研究

摘 要: 提出多阶段预防维护模型,该模型结合了等周期预防维护策略的易操作性和顺序预防维护策略的可实践性,将整个维护周期分为多个阶段,在同一阶段内采用等周期预防维护策略;在不同阶段之间,维护时间间隔会逐渐缩短,这符合顺序预防维护策略的特点。以耗损期设备为研究对象,其故障率函数随时间而逐渐增加,引入可靠性阈值作为阶段划分的依据,采用有效役龄恢复策略,以最低维护成本率为目标,构建了基于可靠性的多阶段预防维护模型。通过实例分析,验证了模型的有效性和合理性,最后对模型进行了敏感性分析。

Title: Study on multi-phase preventive maintenance model based on reliability

Abstract: A multi-stage preventive maintenance model is established that combined the advantages of easy operation in the periodic preventive maintenance policies and practicability in sequential preventive maintenance policies. The maintenance period is divided into several phases. Periodic preventive maintenance policy is adopted at the same phase; the maintenance interval will change shorter among different phases, which is in accordance with the characteristics of sequential preventive maintenance policy. The research object is equipment in depletion period, whose failure rate gradually increases as time elapses. Reliability threshold is introduced as the basis of the phase division. The multi-stage preventive maintenance model based on reliability aiming at the minimal maintenance cost ratio was constructed by using the effective age recovery method. The validity and rationality of the model were verified by example analysis. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out.
