基于STM32芯片的粮仓信息检测系统

摘 要: | 针对我国粮食仓储过程中自动化水平不高的问题,研究设计了粮库的粮情检测与管理系统。整个系统由数据采集终端、无线传输系统和远程管理平台组成。该系统以STM32为核心,实时采集粮仓内部温度、湿度和粮食数量信息。根据粮仓结构特点,给出温度传感器的布置方案和粮食数量测量的方法。数据经过ZigBee无线传输系统和数据库中存储后在远程管理终端显示,粮仓信息超出正常范围时自动报警,并设计了粮仓远程控制界面和历史数据查询界面。该粮仓信息检测系统显著提高了粮食仓储工作的管理效率。 |

Abstract: | In view of the low level automation in the grain storage process in China, this paper designed a grain information detection and management system. The whole system consists of data collection terminals, wireless transmission systems, and remote management platforms. The system select STM32 as the core to collect information on the internal temperature, humidity and grain quantity of the granary in real time. According to the granary structural characteristics, the layout scheme of the temperature sensor and the method of grain quantity measurement are given. The data is displayed in the remote management terminal after being stored in the ZigBee wireless transmission system and the database. When the granary information exceeds the normal range, the data is automatically alarmed. The remote control interface of the granary and the query interface of historical data are designed. The granary information detection system has significantly improved the efficiency of food storage management. |
