激光光谱法测量液膜蒸发率及传质系数

摘 要: 基于激光吸收光谱技术同步测量液膜厚度与温度,根据液膜蒸发过程中的膜厚变化确定液膜蒸发率与传质系数,测量厚度上限为1 mm. 同时测量了水膜在加热过程中的厚度变化,确定了其在蒸发过程中的蒸发率及传质系数,并对蒸发率和传质系数与温度的相关性进行了分析。实验结果表明,温度对蒸发率及传质系数有强化作用。本文将为进一步研究液膜相变过程提供理论基础。

Abstract: The thickness and temperature of liquid film were measured simultaneously based on the laser absorption spectroscopy. According to the variation of the film thickness in liquid film evaporation process, liquid film evaporation rate and its mass transfer coefficient were determined. The measurement upper limit for film thickness was 1 mm. Meanwhile, the variation of the film thickness during the heating process was also measured and the evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient were confirmed. The correlation between evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient with temperature was analyzed too. The experimental results indicated that the temperature could intensify the evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient. It would provide theoretical foundation for further research of liquid film phase transition process.
