可再生能源电网储纳机制

摘 要: 以储纳法为核心,提出可再生能源电网的储纳机制:电网的功率平衡由日前调度、实时调度及自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)装置三个环节接续实现;源自预测误差的失衡功率由储能设施平衡;约束运行时,须调用常规电源弥补储能设施容量的不足。同时论述储能容量需求,可再生能源电网规模要与储能设施容量协调适应。最后通过四元单母线可再生能源简单系统的算例分析,对储纳机制进行定性讨论与分析。

Abstract: Based on the storage law, the storage-operation mechanism of renewable energy grid is put forward. The power balance of the grid is continuously achieved by the day-ahead scheduling, real-time scheduling and automatic generation control (AGC) device. And the unbalanced power due to the prediction error is balanced by the energy storage facility. In the case of constraints, conventional power is called to make up for the insufficient capacity of energy storage facility. At the same time, the demand for energy storage capacity is discussed, and the scale of renewable energy grid should coordinate with the capacity. Finally, a simple case analysis of renewable energy system with four elements and single bus is calculated, from which the storage-operation mechanism is qualitatively discussed and shown.
