基于悬链线方程的配网导线紧线方法研究

摘 要: 为提高配网导线紧线的准确性,针对现有弧垂观测法紧线的不足,提出一种基于精确控制导线长度进行紧线的新方法。首先通过幂级数展开法,求解出紧线前导线弧形的双曲余弦方程;再由目标弧垂值,利用迭代逼近法推导出目标弧形的方程;在判定目标方程的最大应力不超过标准限值后,根据所求的紧线前后方程,计算导线需要紧线的长度。考虑到在拉紧导线的过程中,导线的应力增大会引起导线形变,最后利用等效替代法,对导线的紧线长度进行修正,使修正后的紧线长度更加精确。在某10 kV线路上利用此方法进行紧线,验证了该方法的精确性。

Title: Study on wire-tightening method of distribution network based on catenary equation

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of the wire-tightening in the distribution network, a new wire-tightening method based on precisely controlling wire-length is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing wire-tightening method based on sag observation. Firstly, through the power series expansion method, the hyperbolic cosine equation for the arc wire before tightening is derived. Then according to the target sag of tightened line, the corresponding wire arc equation of the target sag is calculated using iterative approximation method. After determining the maximum stress of the target equation does not exceed the prescribed value, the length of wire-tightening is calculated according to the equations before and after tightening operation. Taking into account that increasing stress of the wire will lead to the deformation in the process of straining the wire, finally, using the equivalent substitution method, the length of wire-tightening is modified, so that it is more accurate. The method in this paper is applied to a 10 kV line, and the accuracy of the method is verified.
