含油异丁烷的燃爆试验研究

摘 要: 本文旨在研究异丁烷(R600a)在润滑油影响下的燃爆特性变化规律。通过自行设计和搭建的可燃气体爆炸极限试验系统,测试了在不同含量雾化润滑油(0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 mL)影响下R600a的燃爆特性。结果表明,润滑油作用下的R600a燃烧下限(lower flammability limit,LFL)显著下降,燃烧上限(upper flammability limit,UFL)略微下降,可燃范围扩大。此外,润滑油的加入会减缓燃烧的相对速度。

Abstract: The aim of this work was to analyze the influence of lubricant on explosion dispersion and combustion feature of R600a. The flammability properties were measured under lubricant atomized with different content (0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 mL) by an explosion limitation test system of combustible gas, which was designed and built by ourselves. Results showed that when lubricant was added, the lower flammability limit (LFL) of R600a significantly decreased, the upper flammability limit (UFL) decreased slightly and the flammable range was expanded. In addition, the addition of lubricant slowed the relative speed of combustion.
