上皮间质转化在肺癌发展过程中的作用

| 摘 要： | 关于肺癌的发展及相关机制的研究一直是基础研究中的一大热点，同时这些研究对于肺癌的治疗也有着重要意义，而对肺癌细胞迁移和侵袭能力的控制更是治疗肺癌的一个潜在有效靶点。上皮间质转化（epithelial-mesenchymal transition，EMT）是肺癌发生转移的一个重要因素，EMT能通过改变肿瘤细胞的生物学特性和肿瘤微环境来增强肿瘤的转移和侵袭能力。本文综述了EMT在肺癌发展过程中的作用和以EMT信号为靶点抑制剂的相关治疗药物，以期为肺癌的治疗提供新的思路和基础研究数据。 |

| Abstract： | Research on the development of lung cancer and its related mechanisms is still a hot topic in basic research. At the same time, these studies are also important for the treatment of lung cancer. The control of lung cancer cell migration and invasion ability is a potential effective target for lung cancer. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is an important factor in the occurrence and metastasis of lung cancer. EMT can enhance tumor metastasis and invasion by altering the biological characteristics of tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment. This article reviews the role of EMT in the development of lung cancer and the related therapeutic drugs that use EMT signal as a target inhibitor to provide new ideas and basic research data for the treatment of lung cancer. |
