水稻矮生功能基因研究进展

摘 要: 矮生性是与水稻产量密切相关重要的农艺性状。水稻矮生基因的克隆和功能研究对了解水稻矮秆性状与产量的关系十分重要。通过系统归纳水稻株高研究现状,对已克隆的水稻矮生基因按作用机理进行系统分类,为矮化育种中新矮源基因的选用提供参考。

Title: Progress on dwarfism-related functional genes in rice

Abstract: Dwarfism is an important agronomic trait that contributes to rice yield. Cloning and functional analysis of the dwarfism related genes have an important role in understanding the mechanism of dwarfism and yield in rice. This review briefly summarized the achievements in elucidating the mechanisms of rice height. The cloned dwarf genes which were classified according its function in this review could be used as reference for selecting new dwarf genes in dwarf rice breeding.
