荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与DHI 其他指标相关性的分析

摘 要: 为了解黑龙江省某牧场荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与奶牛性能测定体系(dairy herd improvement,DHI)其他指标的相关性,随机抽选2018年1月至8月该牧场500头无明显外伤、健康的荷斯坦奶牛,对其牛奶进行DHI指标的测定与分析。结果表明,乳脂率与乳蛋白率呈正相关(P<0.01,R=0.331),与乳糖率呈负相关(P<0.01,R=−0.165),与产奶量呈负相关(P<0.01,R=−0.225),与总固形物率呈正相关(P<0.01,R=0.919),与尿素氮呈正相关(P<0.01,R=0.330);乳脂率与体细胞数、细胞分的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。本实验通过对该牧场荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与DHI其他指标相关性的分析,以提高当地的牛奶品质和养牛经济效益,同时指导未来良种奶牛的饲养管理。

Title: Analysis of correlation between milk fat percentage and other indicators of DHI in Holstein cows

Abstract: In order to understand the correlation between the milk fat percentage and other indicators of dairy herd improvement (DHI) of a ranch Holstein cow in Heilongjiang province, 500 healthy Holstein cows without obvious trauma were randomly selected in the ranch in January to August, 2018. The cows were tested and analyzed for their DHI indicators. The results showed that the milk fat percentage was positively correlated with milk protein rate (P<0.01, R=0.331), negatively correlated with lactose rate (P<0.01, R=−0.165), negatively correlated with milk production (P<0.01, R=−0.225), positively correlated with total solids (P<0.01, R=0.919), and positively correlated with urea nitrogen (P<0.01, R=0.330). The correlation between milk fat percentage and somatic cell number, cell fraction was not significant (P>0.05). Through the analysis of the correlation between the milk fat percentage and other indicators of DHI of the ranch Holstein cows, the experiment is expect to improve the local milk quality and the economic benefits of raising cows, and to guide the breeding management of improved dairy cows in the future.
