基于高炉料线的MIMO成像雷达设计

摘 要: 为获得在工业高炉冶炼过程中炉料表面完整的图像信息,采用多输入多输出(multiple-input multiple-output,MIMO)雷达对料面进行成像研究。首先,设计了耐高温、高压、高粉尘的特种天线单元,其适用于高炉内部复杂的恶劣环境。其次,对各种天线布阵方式进行分析,并通过仿真进行验证。对距离迁徙算法(range migration algorithm,RMA)进行研究,对近场相位误差造成的目标散焦进行补偿。通过在微波暗室搭建实验系统,对焦炭和烧结矿目标进行实测成像。最后,对高炉典型料线缩比模型进行验证,基本可以确定料线的轮廓形状。研究结果满足工业中对料线识别的需求。

Abstract: This paper presents a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar for studying the imaging of the material surface in order to obtain the complete image information of blast furnace (BF) surface during a fully operative industrial BF. Firstly, we design a special style antenna element which can work at the complex and harsh BF environment. The antenna is resistant to high temperature, pressure and dust. Then, various antenna array modes are analyzed and verified by simulation. The range migration algorithm (RMA) is researched, and the target defocus caused by near-field phase error is compensated. An experimental system is built in a microwave anechoic chamber and imaging test is performed to the target of coke and sinter. Finally, verification was performed on the shrinkage ratio model of the typical stock line and can basically identify the shape of stock lines. The result meets the requirement of identifying stock lines in the industrial field.
