中枢体温调节介质介导发热的机制研究

| 摘 要： | 发热是指由各种原因引起的产热过多、散热减少，导致体温升高超过正常范围的情形。中枢体温调节介质对机体体温变化有至关重要的作用。本文通过系统地研究中枢正调节介质、负调节介质的作用方式，阐明体温调节中枢发热和解热的作用机制，并做出综述，为发热的机制研究提供一定的参考。 |

| Abstract： | Fever is caused by a variety of causes of excessive heat production and reduced heat dissipation, resulting in body temperature rise beyond the normal range. Central thermoregulator plays a vital role in body temperature change. In this paper, we systematically studied the action mode of central positive mediators and negative mediators, and elucidated the mechanism of thermoregulation central fever and antipyretic effect, then gave a review to provide some references for the study of the mechanism of fever. |
