以莲子为主药的系列经方在脾虚辨治中的应用

摘要：	从莲子治疗脾虚的功用着手，分析了《中华医典》软件收录的中医药专著约1 000部，包括罕见的珍本和孤本共约4亿字。根据该软件检索、分析并整理了以莲子为主药的系列经方在脾虚辨治中的应用。根据脾虚的不同证型，结合选方的辨治要点及临床体会，进一步介绍了莲子在脾虚不同证型中的运用和随证施量用药等内容，以凸显莲子作为脾虚治疗之要药的重大意义。

Abstract：	Start from the function of lotus seed treatment of spleen deficiency, having analyzed the software of that records about 1 000 Chinese medicine monographs, including rare and unique copy of a total of about 400 million words. The application of a series of meridian prescriptions with lotus seeds as the main medicine in the differentiation and treatment of spleen deficiency was searched, analyzed and sorted out by the software. According to the different syndrome types of spleen deficient and combining of the key points of syndrome differentiation and clinical experience, lotus seeds are introduced in the application of different syndrome types spleen deficient at the same time medicine is given in proper dose and so on, to highlight the significance of lotus seeds as an important medicine for the treatment of spleen deficiency.
