海绵城市对缓解城市热岛效应的效能测试分析

摘 要: 在现代化海绵城市建设中,大面积铺装透水材料,能够形成局部的空气环流,影响城市微气候的变化,削减城市周围地段的热岛效应。本文以济南市海绵城市试点区为例,对铺设透水材料路面上方空气的温湿度进行定量测试,分析其对缓解热岛效应的效能。结果显示,城市气温在很大程度上受下垫层温度的影响,且不同地段路面对太阳辐射的吸收、反射和热量再分配的能力因下垫层的热力性质和辐射性质的不同而存在差异,这导致下垫层温度也不同。用透水材料作为下垫层,尤其采用透水砖作为铺设材料能平均降低地面上方温度近4℃,并显著升高地面上方的平均湿度,其值约为10%RH,从而改变微气候,有效缓解热岛效应。

Abstract: In the construction of a modern sponge city, large-area permeable materials can form local air circulation, affect the changes in urban micro-climate, and reduce the heat island effect in the surrounding areas of the city. This paper takes the piloted sponge city of Jinan city as an example, to quantitatively test the temperature and humidity of the air above the pavement of permeable material and to analyze its effectiveness in alleviating the heat island effect. The results show that the urban air temperature is greatly influenced by the temperature of the underlying surface. Because of diverse radiant and thermal properties, different underlying surfaces lead to different absorption, reflection and heat redistribution of solar radiation, which results in temperature difference. Using permeable materials as the underlying surface, especially the use of permeable bricks as the laying material can reduce the temperature above the ground by an average of 4℃, and significantly increase the average humidity above the ground, which the value is about 10%RH. So that using permeable bricks as the laying material can change the microclimate and effectively alleviate heat island effect.
