长链非编码RNA在肺癌中的研究进展

摘 要: 肺癌是全球发病率及死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断和治疗对降低肺癌死亡率具有重要意义。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,参与基因表达调控、转录、核内运输等多个生物过程。lncRNA的异常表达与多种恶性肿瘤具有相关性。本文总结了lncRNA的功能特点及抑癌性、促癌性lncRNA在肺癌中的异常表达情况,并讨论lncRNA作为肺癌诊断、预后生物标志物的潜在可能性,旨在为肺癌的早期诊断和抗癌药物的研发提供参考。

Title: Research progress on long non-coding RNA in lung cancers

Abstract: Lung cancer is a malignant tumor type with the highest morbidity and mortality globally. Early diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce the mortality of lung cancer. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA with at least 200 nucleotides in length and is widely involved in multiple biological processes, including regulation of gene expression, transcription and nuclear transport. Dysregulated expression of lncRNA is associated with a variety of malignancies. This review summarizes the functional characteristics of lncRNA and dysregulated expression of down-regnlated and up-regulated lncRNA in lung cancer and discusses their potential clinical applications in lncRNA as diagnosis and prognosis biomarkers of lung cancer. It will provide references for the early diagnosis and drug development of lung cancers.
