基于传力路径分析的内燃机缸体拓扑结构优化

摘 要: 提出一种基于传力路径分析的内燃机缸体拓扑结构优化方法。首先,分析缸体的结构特点及其极限工况,并通过有限元仿真确定其在极限工况下的轻量化空间;其次,基于力平衡原理证明传力路径理论的内力连续性特征,并推导出内力常数计算公式;然后,应用功能截面分解结合传力路径可视化技术分析缸体内部的力流规律,进而给出缸体拓扑结构的改进建议;最后,依据分析结果对缸体进行重新建模,并通过有限元分析验证优化后模型的力学性能。仿真结果表明,在保证缸体力学性能的基础上实现减重5.22%. 提出的方法可用于其他大型、重载、多工况的结构件轻量化设计。

Title: Optimization of internal combustion engine cylinder topology based on load path analysis

Abstract: A method for optimizing the topology of internal combustion engine cylinders based on load path analysis is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the structural characteristics of the cylinder block and its limit working conditions are analyzed, and the light weight space under limit working conditions is determined by finite element simulation. Secondly, based on the force balance principle, the internal force continuity characteristics of the load path theory are proved, and the internal force constant calculation formula is derived. Then, the functional cross-section decomposition combined with the load path visualization technology is used to analyze the force flow law inside the cylinder, and the improvement suggestions of the cylinder topology are given. Finally, the cylinder is re-modeled based on the analysis results, and the mechanical properties of the optimized model are verified by finite element analysis. The simulation results show that the weight loss is 5.22% on the basis of ensuring the mechanical properties of the cylinder. The proposed method can be used for lightweight design of other large-scale, heavy-duty and multi-working structural components.
