内循环二板式注塑机锁模油缸后端连接支撑结构的数值分析与优化

摘 要: | 为优化现有内循环二板式注塑机合模系统的受力均匀性和稳定性,本文对锁模油缸后端连接支撑结构进行了数值分析与优化。通过数值模拟技术,研究了不同连接支撑结构对注塑机合模系统的形变与应力的影响。连接支撑结构包括原始结构搭板连接、II型、n型和o型。研究发现,n型结构的连接板可使合模系统形变量最小,油缸摆尾较小;与原始结构相比,后端盖的形变量减小了63%,应力减小了14%. 因此,研究确定了n型连接支撑结构为最优结构。 |

Abstract: | In order to optimize the stress uniformity and stability of clamping system in the existing internal-circulation two-plate injection molding machine, the numerical analysis and optimization of the rear-end connection support structure of the clamping cylinder are carried out in this paper. The different connection support structures including the original board connection, type II, type n, and type o are studied by numerical simulation technology, and their effects of deformation and stress on the clamping system of the injection molding machine are investigated. It is found that the n-type connecting plate can minimize the deformation of the clamping system and the tail of the cylinder; the deformation of the rear-end cover is reduced by 63% and the stress is reduced by 14% compared with the original structure. Therefore, the optimal structure of the n-type connection support structure is determined in the study. |
