盘拉机的动态性能与优化

摘 要: 为改善倒立式盘拉机的动态性能,提高盘拉机的竞争能力和保障工人的身心利益,通过对比盘拉机的计算模态和实验模态,明确振动发生的区域和位置,有利于改进盘拉机的结构,进一步提高盘拉机的性能。文中两种方法的固有频率误差在6%以内,模态振型基本相同。得到引起共振的原因在于第1阶固有频率与激励频率发生共振,因此只需提高盘拉机的第1阶固有频率即可有效减小振动。模态分析与实验也为进一步的优化工作指明了方向。

Title: Dynamic performance and optimization of the disk floating plug drawing equipment

Abstract: In this paper, in order to improve the dynamic performance of the inverted disk floating plug drawing equipment, to improve the competitive ability of the equipment and to protect the workers’ physical and mental interests, the region and position of the vibration are clearly defined by comparing the calculation mode and the experimental mode of the equipment, which is beneficial to improve the structure and performance of the equipment. The error of natural frequencies is less than 6%, and the modal shapes are basically the same in the two methods of this paper. The cause of the resonance is that the natural frequency of the first order resonances is situated in the excitation frequency random. The vibration can be reduced only by increasing the first-order natural frequency of the equipment. Modal analysis and experiment also indicate the target for further optimization.
