Modbus协议在轴承检测中的应用

摘 要: 为满足轴承形廓检测设备中通信系统的需要,研究设计了基于TMS320F28377D型号的数字信号处理器(digital signal processing,DSP)通信系统。通过分析Modbus通信协议,以DSP为核心设计了系统的硬件通讯方法和软件主要功能流程图。实验结果表明该方法稳定可靠,目前已成功应用于轴承形廓检测系统,并可以广泛地应用于其他自动化装备工业现场。

Abstract: In order to satisfy the communication system in bearing profile detection equipment, a communication system based on digital signal processing (DSP) of model TMS320F28377D is studied and designed. Based on the analysis of Modbus communication protocol, the hardware communication method and software main function flow chart of the system are designed with DSP as the core. The experimental results show that the method is stable and reliable, and has been successfully applied to the bearing profile detection system, which can be widely applied to other automation equipment industry field.
