铝合金轮毂切削毛刺仿真与试验研究

摘 要: 金属切削加工毛刺的存在严重影响铝合金亮面轮毂的生产制造。研究通过建立A356铝合金在二维平面内切削速度方向的毛刺模型,探究了毛刺产生过程中负剪切区内材料的变形过程,并通过正交有限元法(finite element method,FEM)试验得到了毛刺长度的回归预测公式,基于极差分析与方差分析得到了工件终边角度、刀具前角、背吃刀量、切削速度四个因素对毛刺长度影响的显著性判断及影响规律,最后通过切削试验验证了仿真结果的正确性。研究结果表明,正交仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,本文为制定更加合理的铝合金轮毂加工方案奠定了基础。

Abstract: The existence of burrs in metal cutting seriously affects the production and manufacture of aluminum alloy bright wheel hub. In this paper, a burr model along the cutting speed direction in two-dimensional plane with A356 aluminum alloy is established and the deformation process of the material in the negative shear zone during the production of burrs is explored. The regression prediction formula for length of burrs is obtained by designing orthogonal finite element method (FEM) simulation. Based on the range analysis and variance analysis, the significance judgment and influence law of the influence of the final edge angle of workpiece, tool front angle, back feed, cutting speed and other factors on the burr length are obtained. Finally, the correctness of simulation result is verified by cutting test. The results show that the orthogonal simulation test is in good agreement with the cutting test. Therefore, this paper lays the foundation for making more reasonable machining scheme of aluminum alloy wheel hub.
