基于Fluent的三偏心蝶阀稳态流场的数值模拟与分析

摘 要: 基于有限体积法和标准k-e两方程端流模型,运用流体动力学分析软件Fluent,对三偏心蝶阀在5组不同开度下的流动方式进行三维数值模拟计算,得到蝶阀内部流场的压力、速度分布云图,并进行数据后处理,获得该型号蝶阀的流量特性曲线和流阻特性曲线。研究结果对蝶阀产品的结构设计和性能优化具有参考意义。

Abstract: In this paper, in order to observe the steady flow of the tri-eccentric butterfly valve under five different opening degrees, the 3D numerical simulation calculation was carried out through the professional fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent, based on the finite volume method and standard k-e turbulence model. The pressure field and velocity field distribution cloud diagrams of the internal flow field in butterfly valve was obtained, and then the flow characteristic curve and flow resistance characteristic curve were obtained through data post-processing. The research results can be useful to the structure design and performance optimization of the butterfly valve.
