SCO2离心压缩机数值模拟及气动性能研究

摘 要: 超临界二氧化碳(supercritical carbon dioxide,SCO2)离心压缩机具有可靠性高、体积小、质量轻、效率高等优点,被认为是新能源领域最具应用前景的动力设备之一。本文基于一元流动理论,由设计热力参数得到SCO2离心压缩机三维模型,并对压缩机的流场及气动性能进行研究。结果表明,设计得到的SCO2离心压缩机的总压比达到1.72,总-总等熵效率达到92%,满足设计要求。

Abstract: Supercritical carbon dioxide (SCO2) centrifugal compressor has the advantages of high reliability, small size, light weight and high efficiency, which is considered as one of the most promising power equipment in the field of new energy. In this paper, based on the univariate flow theory, the three-dimensional model of SCO2 centrifugal compressor is obtained from the design of thermodynamic parameters, and the flow field and aerodynamic performance of the compressor are also studied. The results show that the total pressure ratio of the designed SCO2 centrifugal compressor is 1.72, and the isentropic efficiency of total to total reaches to 92%, so that the design requirements can be met.
