基于乌贼射流孔的仿生水液压阀抗空化结构研究

摘 要: 为研究如何减少空化现象对水液压系统的影响,以一种双口恒定流量的数字阀作为实验对象,通过对乌贼和该阀的仿生理论的讨论和相似度对比,提出一种类乌贼射流孔的仿生结构。利用计算机流体力学理论,使用ANSYS软件进行流体仿真实验。最后对通过仿真得出的压力图、流量矢量图和混合相图之间的关系进行分析,证明使用该结构能够抑制阀芯密封面空化现象的出现,并将大部分气泡转移到非重要区域,从而达到减少空化现象对水液压系统影响的目的。

Abstract: In order to study how to reduce the influence of cavitation phenomenon on water hydraulic system, in this paper, a bionic structure of squid jet hole is presented by discussing and comparing the bionic theory of squid and the digital valve of double port constant flow as the object. Using the theory of computer fluid dynamics, the fluid simulation experiment is carried out with ANSYS software. Finally, by analyzing the relationship between the pressure diagram, flow vector diagram and mixed phase diagram obtained by simulation, it is proved that the use of this structure can inhibit the cavitation phenomenon on the sealing surface of the spool and transfer most of the bubbles to non-important areas, so as to reduce the influence of cavitation phenomenon on the water hydraulic system.
