民航气象迟到报文统计系统的研究与实现

摘 要: 针对民航气象情报的收发状况,本文介绍并分析了民航气象迟到报文统计系统的研究设计过程。本系统基于JavaEE设计实现,系统结构层次清晰,达到了“低耦合、高内聚”的目的,现该系统已作为一个模块整合至B/S架构的民航气象中心业务监控系统中。针对各机场气象台/站发布的规律性报文,该系统不但可以筛选出迟到报文,而且可以精确地计算出迟到时间。经实践证明,该系统可真实、全面地反应民航气象规律性情报在时效方面的状况。根据本系统输出的统计结果,有关部门可有针对性地为机场提供政策指导与技术支持,以提升中国民航气象情报的服务质量。

Abstract: According to the situation of the collection and dilivery of civil aviation meteorological information, the research and design process of the civil aviation delayed meteorological reports statistical system are introduced and analyzed in this paper. The system is based on JavaEE design and implementation and has consice system structure, which achieves the goal of “low coupling, high cohesion”, and it has been integrated into the B/S framework of the civil aviation meteorological center business monitoring system as a module. For the regular reports issued by every civil aerodrome meteorological office, the system can not only filter out the delayed reports, but also calculate the concrete delayed time. The practice has been proved that the system could present the current situation in the timelines of civil aviation meteorological regular information veritably and comprehensively. Based on the statistical results of the system output, the related departments could make pointed policy guidence and technological support for the aerodrome to improve the service quality of civil meteorological information.
