基于有限元某前副车架系统性的性能分析

摘 要: 为分析某前副车架结构性能、预测其疲劳寿命,利用CATIA软件建立前副车架三维模型,经过有限元分析软件HyperMesh建立有限元模型,对其进行静态和模态分析,结合疲劳寿命分析软件FE-SAFE以准静态疲劳分析方法对前副车架进行疲劳寿命分析。通过研究分析,确定了前副车架容易出现疲劳破坏的位置,并做出相应的评估,为前副车架的结构优化提供理论依据。研究总结了一套对副车架前期全面有效的仿真分析方法,同时能够节约成本、缩短整车的研发周期。

Title: Systematic performance analysis of a front sub-frame based on finite element

Abstract: In order to analyze the structure performance and predict the fatigue life of a front sub-frame, CATIA software is used to establish 3D mode of front sub-frame, and its finite element model (FEM) is established based on finite element analysis software HyperMesh, to analyze the static and modal of the front sub-frame. The fatigue life of the front sub-frame is analyzed by the fatigue life analysis software FE-SAFE with quasi-static fatigue analysis method. Through research and analysis, the position of the front sub-frame which is prone to fatigue damage is determined and the corresponding assessment is made, which provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the front sub-frame. A set of comprehensive and effective simulation analysis method for the early stage of the sub-frame is summarized, which can save the cost and shorten the whole vehicle development cycle.
