基于机器视觉与接触式测量结合的圆柱状轴承滚子类零件检测系统

摘 要: 针对我国目前轴承滚子产量大、产品在线自动化检测程度不高且自动检测设备价格较高的问题,在研究非接触式和接触式测量原理的基础上,对高精度柱状轴承滚子特点进行分析,提出了由多个高精度线性传感器和一个电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)相机共同组成的接触式测量与非接触式测量结合的测量方法与系统。此系统可完成精度为0.02 mm的几何尺寸检测与精度为0.1 mm的表面划痕检测。此系统提高了轴承滚子在线检测的自动化程度,且避免了人工检测的不足,精度满足要求。系统运行可靠、造价低廉,易于在中小型工厂中进行推广。

Title: Detection system for cylindrical bearing roller parts based on machine vision and contact measurement

Abstract: In view of the fact that the output of bearing roller in China is large at present, the problem is that the degree of online automatic inspection is not high and the price of automatic detection equipment is high. On the basis of studying the principle of non-contact and contact measurement, the characteristics of high precision cylindrical bearing roller are analyzed. A measuring method and system for contact measurement and non-contact measurement jointly composed of multiple high-precision linear sensors and a charge coupled device (CCD) camera are proposed. The system can finish detecting geometric dimensions with a precision of 0.02 mm and the surface scratch detection with a precision of 0.1 mm. This system improves the online testing automation of bearing roller, avoids the shortage of manual detection, and the precision meets the requirements. It is reliable in operation and low in cost, and is easy to be popularized in small and medium factories.
