无机卤化铯铅钙钛矿量子点的研究进展

摘 要: 近年来,无机卤化物钙钛矿量子点以其优异的发光性能和电学性质在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了无机卤化铯铅钙钛矿的晶体结构及组成成分;接着,归纳了该类纳米材料的不同制备方法;然后,根据无机卤化铯铅钙钛矿纳米材料所具有的优异的光化学性质、良好的电化学性质,将其在荧光分析检测领域、光电领域的应用进展进行了归纳总结;最后,简述该类纳米材料目前面临的稳定性不好、存在一定毒性的问题,并对无机卤化铯铅钙钛矿量子点材料的未来应用前景作出展望。

Title: Research progress of inorganic halide cesium lead perovskite quantum dots

Abstract: In recent years, inorganic halide perovskite quantum dots have been widely used in various fields due to their excellent luminescence properties and electrical properties. In this paper, the crystal structure and composition of inorganic cesium halide lead perovskite are introduced firstly. Secondly, different preparation methods of these nanomaterials are summarized. Then, according to the excellent photochemical and electrochemical properties of inorganic cesium halide lead perovskite nanomaterials, the application progress in the corresponding fields of fluorescence analysis and detection, and photoelectric field is summarized. At the end of this paper, the problems of poor stability and certain toxicity of this kind of nanomaterials are briefly described, and the future application prospect of inorganic cesium halide lead perovskite quantum dots is prospected.
