既有居住建筑调研及节能改造方案优化

摘 要: 对江苏省寒冷地区53栋既有居住建筑进行实地调研,分析其能耗特征和节能潜力。选取典型居住建筑建立计算模型,以建筑围护结构优化为核心,采用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h对比分析不同节能改造方案的能耗特点,根据经济性评价模型,提出适宜的节能改造方案,为寒冷地区建筑节能改造工作提供参考。研究结果表明,江苏省寒冷地区既有居住建筑存在围护结构热工性能差、建筑设备系统不节能等问题,具有很大的建筑节能潜力;对于典型居住建筑单3号楼的节能改造能使其节能率达到65%的国家设计标准以上,效果明显。

Title: Investigation on existing residential buildings and optimization of energy conversation renovation scheme

Abstract: Fifty-three existing residential buildings in cold areas of Jiangsu province were investigated on the spot, and their energy consumption characteristics and energy conversation potential were analyzed. Typical residential buildings were chosed to establish calculation model, the optimization of building envelope structure was taken as the core, the building energy consumption simulation software DeST-h was used to compare and analyze the energy consumption characteristics of different energy conversation renovation schemes. And appropriate energy conversation renovation schemes were put forward according to the economic evaluation model, which provided a reference for energy conversation renovation of buildings in cold areas. The results show that the existing residential buildings in the cold area of Jiangsu province generally have the problems of poor thermal performance of building envelope, poor energy conservation of building equipment system and so on. The energy conversation potential of the building is huge. The energy conversation renovation of the typical residential building No. 3 can make its energy conversation rate reach up to 65% of the national design standards, and the effect is obvious.
