转炉废钢收得率测定及影响因素分析

摘 要: 转炉废钢收得率的主要影响因素有废钢质量、种类、尺寸、氧化程度、熔化程度、转炉冶炼操作制度等。为减少各因素对试验的影响,本文通过设立对比试验测算H钢厂常用的几种废钢的收得率。结果表明,H钢厂各种废钢的收得率差异较大,各废钢的收得率均在85%以上,其中钢筋压块、汽车废件和拆船板压块的收得率在85%~90%之间,自产废钢、冲压件和钢板料等的收得率在90%以上。转炉废钢收得率的测算可为H钢厂与其他钢铁企业的转炉配料和废钢采购价格提供参照。

Abstract: The main influencing factors of converter scrap yield are: scrap quality, type, size, oxidation degree, melting degree, and converter smelting operation system, etc. In order to reduce the impact of various factors mentioned above on the test, in this study, the yield of several scraps commonly used in H steel company are calculated by establishing a comparative test. The results showed that the yields of various scraps in H steel company vary greatly. The yields are all above 85%, among which the yield of steel briquetting, automobile scraps and ship-breaking plate briquetting is between 85% and 90%, and the yield of self-produced scrap, stamping parts and steel sheet materials is above 90%. The calculation of the converter scrap yield is a reference for the converter ingredients and scrap purchase prices of H steel and other steel companies.
