冶金尘泥返烧结利用中有害元素的迁移行为

摘 要: 为了解添加冶金尘泥后烧结原料中有害元素的迁移问题,本文通过对冶金尘泥成分、烧结杯实验后的烧结矿及二次粉尘等的成分分析,对有害元素在烧结过程的迁移规律进行了研究。针对8种冶金尘泥,通过单一和混合两种方式添加到烧结原料中,分别分析烧结矿、二次粉尘中有害元素含量。结果表明,烧结过程可以有效去除Cl、K、Na和S,其平均脱除率分别为86.51%、72.78%、70.95%和69.53%,而P和Zn的平均脱除率较低,分别为30.44%和29.55%;它们在二次粉尘和烧结矿中的分配比分别为8.86、3.57、1.62、13.61、0.79和1.47.

Title: Migration behavior of harmful elements in re-sintering utilization of metallurgical dust

Abstract: In order to understand the migration behavior of harmful elements in the sintering raw materials after adding metallurgical dust, in this paper, the compositions of metallurgical dust, sinter ore and secondary dust after sintering cup experiment were analyzed, and the migration rule of harmful elements in the sintering process was studied. For eight kinds of metallurgical dust, by adding single and mixed additions to sinter raw materials, the content of harmful elements in sinter ore and secondary dust was respectively analyzed. The results show that Cl, K, Na and S can be effectively removed in sintering process, with the average removal rates of 86.51%, 72.78%, 70.95% and 69.53%, respectively, while the average removal rates of P and Zn are lower, 30.44% and 29.55%, respectively. Their distribution ratios in secondary dust and sinter ore are 8.86, 3.57, 1.62, 13.61, 0.79 and 1.47, respectively.
