纯电动车电驱系统振动噪声优化

摘 要: 为研究电驱系统噪声优化方法和效果,采用试验的方式查找噪声源,提出改善措施。试验结果表明,振动噪声的主要来源为电磁噪声,机械噪声也有一定的贡献。采取转子三段式V型斜极方案和定子壳体加强改善主要阶次噪声。最后试验验证改善效果,电驱系统噪声改善明显,可为纯电动汽车电驱系统噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(noise, vibration, harshness,NVH)性能的优化提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the noise optimization method and effect of electric drive system, the noise source is found by the test and the improvement measures are proposed. The test results show that the main source of vibration noise is electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise also has a certain contribution. The three-stage V-type rotor-skewing scheme and stator housing reinforcement are used to improve the main order noise. Finally, the test verifies the improvement effect, and the noise of the electric drive system is improved significantly. It provides a reference for optimization of noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) performance in pure electric vehicle electric drive system.
