一种多层微波板阶梯盲槽金属包边的制作方法

摘 要: 针对外层图形与盲槽底部图形通过金属包边实现高可靠互连的要求,本文提出了一种阶梯盲槽金属包边的新型制作方法:压合前采用内层芯板预埋胶带技术,压合后两次采用高精度机械控深开槽技术。该方法解决了原芯板预开槽和手工涂覆沥青制作方法的多种缺陷,提高了金属包边和产品的可靠性、表观质量和制作效率。

Abstract: For high reliability interconnection requirement of the metal wrapping between the outer graphics and the bottom graphics of blind groove, a new manufacturing method for making metal wrapping of stepped blind groove is presented in this paper. The embedded tape technology for inner core board is adopted before pressing and the technology of high precision mechanical controlled deep grooving for two times is adopted after pressing. And many defects in preslotting of the original core board and the manual coating of asphalt are solved by this method. The reliability, apparent quality and production efficiency of metal wrapping and products is significantly improved.
