基于迭代和有限差分算法的恒温浴池节能方案

摘 要: 为解决水资源供需矛盾日益突出的问题,寻求节能、节水的浴池恒温策略,本文研究了水温在时间尺度和空间尺度上的变化过程,建立了水的冷却模型,在热效应动态平衡时维持恒温,对加热时间进行定量分析,确定了在保持适宜温度的情况下补充热水的最短时间,将壁面和水面的热损失作为偏微分方程的边界条件,采用有限差分法(finite difference method,FDM)对连续方程进行离散求解,最大限度地减少加热过程中浪费的热水量。随后讨论了浴缸和人体的形状、体积、运动等影响因素,通过迭代算法的计算机仿真,证明方案建立了鲁棒性、可靠性较好的修正模型,在时间尺度和空间尺度上均具有显著的适应性。

Abstract: In order to solve the increasingly prominent problem of water supply and demand contradiction, it is necessary to seek energy-saving and water-saving bath temperature control strategies. The evolvement of temperature is studied in this paper, in time scale and spatial scale. Introducing the heating effect into the cooling model, water reaches dynamic equilibrium where the temperature remains a constant. A quantitative analysis is also implemented on the necessary time of heating, through which we determine the minimum time of adding hot water while keep the temperature agreeable. The heat loss on the wall and the water surface is considered as boundary conditions of the partial differential equation and the finite difference method (FDM) is adopted to discretize the continuous equation to minimize the amount of water wasted during heating. Some influencing factors are subsequently discussed, such as the shape and volume of the bathtub and human body, and the motion of the body, etc. With the help of the computer simulation through the iteration algorithm, it is proved that the modified model with good robustness and reliability is established and has remarkable adaptability in time scale and space scale.
