基于物联网平台的液位控制系统设计与实现

摘 要: 目前,液位控制系统大多采用传统的有线控制,具有布线复杂、信号抗干扰能力弱、成本高、难以升级和维护等问题。本文以工业控制、无线射频、物联网的角度为出发点,利用Arduino和树莓派开源平台,设计并实现了一套完整的无线物联网液位控制系统,可以解决传统液位控制系统存在的问题。并加入了物联网平台实时监测、异常报警等功能,实现对装置运行状态的实时监控。该系统具有成本低、功能多、功耗低、精度高、稳定性优良等优点。

Title: Design and implementation of liquid level control system based on Internet of Things platform

Abstract: At present, liquid level control systems are almost based on traditional wired control, and have many disadvantages such as complex wiring, weak capability of resisting disturbance of signal, high cost, difficulty to upgrade and maintain. A complete set of wireless Internet of Things (IoT) liquid level control system is designed and implemented using open source platforms of Arduino and Raspberry Pi from the perspectives of industrial control, radio frequency identification (RFID) and IoT. The designed wireless liquid level control system can solve the disadvantages of traditional liquid level control system, add functions of IoT platform real-time monitoring and abnormity warning, and realize real-time monitoring of the operation state of the device. The designed system has the advantages of low cost, multi-functions, low power consumption, high accuracy, and excellent stability.
