PBS纤维制备过程中白粉的成因分析

摘 要: 聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)纤维作为完全可生物降解纤维,其在牵伸或加弹过程中会产生较多白粉,从而对纤维力学性能、加工性能和外观造成影响。为此,通过核磁共振氢谱(1H nuclear magnetic resonance,1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(gel permeation chromatography,GPC)、差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,TG)以及X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)等测试手段对白粉的结构与性能进行表征。实验结果表明:白粉与PBS切片具有相同的化学结构;白粉的熔点比PBS切片熔点(115℃)高5℃左右,其熔融焓值(126.04 J/g)比完全结晶PBS熔融焓值(110.3 J/g)大;白粉的热稳定性较差,在TG曲线中出现三个台阶;结合GPC和XRD测试结果,白粉主要由不同聚合度的低聚物组成。PBS纤维在存放和加工过程中,低聚物从内部迁移至纤维表面,在加工过程中由于摩擦力的作用发生剥离、析出,从而产生白粉。

Title: Causal analysis of white powder during PBS fiber preparation

Abstract: PBS fiber is a kind of fully biodegradable fiber, the white powder produced in the process of drawing or texturing will affect the mechanical properties, processing properties and appearance of the fiber. Therefore, the structure and property of the white powder were characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other test methods. The results show that the chemical structure of the white powder is the same as that of PBS slice, the melting point of the white powder is about 5℃ higher than that of PBS slice (115℃), and its melting enthalpy (126.04 J/g) is higher than that of fully crystallized PBS (110.3 J/g). The thermal stability of the white powder is poor, and there are three steps in TG curves. According to the results of GPC and XRD, it can be further judged that the white powder is composed of oligomers with different degree of polymerization. In the process of storage and processing, oligomers migrate from the inside to the surface of the PBS fiber, peel off and separate out due to the effect of friction, resulting in white powder.
